    During the consultation, issues related to the choice of housing and its interior design are discussed in detail: the needs of the future residents and the criteria for selection are clarified, the optimum size of the housing is determined, the specific dwellings and their plans are analysed, the possibilities of furnishing or repairing the dwelling, changing its layout, at present and in the future are discussed, taking into account the load-bearing structures of the building, the sanitary units, etc. Professional informed and experienced advice on the choice of housing helps to plan the budget for interior fitting out in advance, points out any deficiencies in the housing that may require additional costs, etc.

    The cost of a housing consultation starts from €250. The specific fee is set individually and depends on the form of the consultation (online or in person), the number of homes to choose from, etc..

    Space/room furnishing advice

    During the consultation, detailed and professional information related to the interior design of a specific space or room is provided within the agreed scope, and an interior collage is drawn up, reflecting the proposed interior design concept, colours, finishing materials, and interior details. Technical working drawings are prepared at the client's request, such as layout changes, partitioning schemes, wall and floor finishes, tiling layouts, ceiling installation, plaster installation schemes, etc. Specific finishing materials can also be selected according to the agreed needs, furniture and other decoration can be designed and selected, and an estimate for interior fitting can be drawn up.

    The cost of a consultation on the furnishing of a room/space starts from EUR 350. The specific fee is set individually and depends on the agreed scope of the consultation, the need for drawings, etc.

    Landscape design and visualisation

    Preparation of landscape visualisations based on real topography, conceptual design of living spaces, placement of a house on a plot.

    Design, construction drawings and production of all types of cabinet furniture – kitchen furniture, wall cupboards, shelves, children’s room furniture, wardrobes – in solid wood, veneer veneer, MDF according to individual project.

    The price of furniture design services starts from EUR 300 and is negotiated individually.

    Design and production of one-off interior elements

    Cooperation with metal and marble craftsmen allows us to realise the most interesting interior design ideas and to offer exclusive interior products:

    Dining tables with individual design;
    coffee and side tables;
    shelves;
    metal and wood furniture;
    decorative wall panels and other interior details.

    The price for the design and production of one-off interior elements starts from EUR 200 and is negotiated individually.
